Marketplace domains are aged and warmed by Winnr in inventory — they're ready to send from day one. Browse the Marketplace page, search by name and sort by health, warming days, or name, and buy the ones you want. Pricing is a flat $3 per mailbox per month — the domain itself carries no separate charge. 90-day minimum term.
When pre-warmed is worth it
Buy pre-warmed if: - You need to start sending in the next 7 days and don't have time to warm. - Your campaigns are high-value and the extra $3/month is a rounding error. - You want to test cold email quickly without committing to Winnr's full setup.
Warm yourself instead if: - You have 2-3 weeks lead time. - You're cost-sensitive at scale (50+ mailboxes) — long-term the math favors warming. - You want maximum control over your fleet's sending patterns.
Most customers do both — buy a batch of pre-warmed to launch immediately, warm additional mailboxes in the background to scale up cheaply.
What you get
For a domain with 5 mailboxes:
- Domain — aged 3-6+ months, registered under your Winnr account. Full ownership.
- 5 mailboxes — active, warmed, with a strong health score at handover.
- DNS records — already set up. Automatic ongoing management.
- Blocklist status — checked against major blocklists before listing. Rechecked periodically.
- Sending capacity — up to 50/mailbox/day from day one.
What's not included
- Ongoing warming. Pre-warmed mailboxes come warmed but aren't kept in warming after sale. If you want to keep warming running as reputation maintenance, enable it manually ($0.60/mailbox/month, adds to the $3/month for the pre-warmed lease).
- Custom email addresses at sale. By default you get the mailboxes as-warmed (with the sample local parts they were warmed with). If you want custom local parts, use the custom-username flow at purchase time — see Custom usernames.

Click a row to see the domain's history — warming duration, current health, inbox rate, blocklist scan across 9 major blocklists, and the sample mailboxes it comes with.

Click Purchase. You'll see the cost breakdown — first-month charge (paid now) and the ongoing $3/mailbox/month renewal added to your subscription. Confirm.

5. Start sending
The domain and its mailboxes appear immediately in your Domains and Email Users lists. No warming period — export credentials and start real campaigns right away.

How much does a pre-warmed mailbox cost?

Are pre-warmed mailboxes really ready to send?
Yes. Each domain has been aged, warmed, and passes blocklist checks before it hits the marketplace. Deliverability is comparable to a domain you'd have warmed yourself for 2-3 weeks.
Can I cancel a pre-warmed purchase?
