Plans, add-ons, invoices, upgrades, and cancellations.
Four billable add-ons on top of the base plan — warming ($0.60/mailbox/mo), email-user credits ($1/mailbox/mo), dedicated IPs ($20/IP/mo, Enterprise only), and pre-warmed marketplace ($3/address/mo). Each is a separate subscription line.
Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Access continues through the end of the paid cycle. Nothing is deleted for 90 days after cancellation — reactivate and pick up where you left off.
Every invoice is available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Update payment method from the same tab via the Stripe billing portal. Change billing email in profile.
Both plans let you raise your domain cap from Settings → Subscription. Each increase doubles your current cap (capped at 500 total). Adjustable once every 24 hours. No extra cost — the higher cap simply lets you use more of your existing plan capacity.
Startup and Enterprise switch from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are immediate with pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose access mid-cycle.
A rare manual review state. Winnr's team may place an account on hold when its sending raises concerns (spam complaints, blocklist listings, list-quality issues). You answer a short questionnaire and the team reviews before lifting the hold.
If a card payment fails, our payment processor retries automatically. A warning banner appears in-app right away, and after about 3 days past due Winnr disables your domains and sending stops until payment succeeds. Update your payment method to resolve.
