Email Users → Export → Smartlead. Winnr downloads a CSV in Smartlead's exact bulk-import format. In Smartlead, go to Email Accounts → Bulk Add → Upload CSV. Every mailbox connects in one shot, usually within 2-3 minutes.
Winnr + Smartlead is the most common setup
Smartlead is one of the top-3 sending tools for cold email. Winnr provides the infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, warming); Smartlead handles campaigns, sequences, and personalization.
What's next
Step-by-step
-
1. Filter to the mailboxes you want to export
Email Users page. Filter by domain, tag, or warming status to narrow to just the ones for this Smartlead campaign.
-
2. Click Export → Smartlead
Top-right of Email Users page. Winnr generates the CSV in Smartlead's format and downloads.
-
3. Open Smartlead
Log into app.smartlead.ai → Email Accounts.
-
4. Bulk Add
Email Accounts → Bulk Add → Upload CSV. Select the CSV Winnr generated.
-
5. Wait for import
Smartlead imports and tests SMTP/IMAP for each account. 30-90 seconds for a batch of 10; longer for larger imports.
-
6. Verify
Every mailbox should show "Connected" status in Smartlead. Any that fail — usually credential drift; re-export from Winnr and retry.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to warm before importing to Smartlead?
Recommended — mailboxes should have at least 5-10 days of Winnr warming before hitting Smartlead's campaigns. Smartlead also has its own warming; you can use one or both.
Can I import multiple times as I add mailboxes?
Yes. Re-export from Winnr any time and upload the new CSV. Smartlead handles duplicates by skipping already-imported addresses.
Does Smartlead work with Winnr's dedicated IPs?
Yes — if you have Enterprise + dedicated IPs, sending from Winnr mailboxes goes via your dedicated IPs. Smartlead routes through Winnr's SMTP; the IP is Winnr-side.
What about Smartlead's Master Inbox?
Master Inbox works normally with Winnr mailboxes. Your Winnr universal inbox is separate — both can coexist.
