The 12-month clock
Starts when the referred customer's first successful payment clears — not when they sign up. If they sign up but never pay, no clock starts.
Once started, you earn 40% of their recurring charges every month for 12 months. Month 13, commission stops.
Example — a customer signs up in month 0, pays for 18 consecutive months at Startup ($69). You earn:
- Months 1-12: $27.60/mo × 12 = $331.20 total
- Months 13-18: $0
Commission states
New commissions go through three states:
- Pending — earned but not yet cleared. Held for 30 days to cover Winnr's refund window.
- Available — cleared. Can be requested for payout.
- Paid — money went out via your chosen payout method.
Payout thresholds
- PayPal, bank transfer — $50 minimum.
- Account credit — no minimum, applies against your own Winnr bill.

Why 12 months and not lifetime?
12 months is generous for a SaaS affiliate program. Most industry standards are 3-6 months. Winnr picked 12 to align with the year most cold-email agencies see full ROI from their infrastructure.
What if a referred customer refers someone else?
You get one level. You earn on your direct referrals only, not their referrals.
What about volume discounts if I refer many customers?
Not in the standard program. Established affiliates ($1000+/month in commissions) can talk to affiliates@winnr.app about custom terms.
How is commission calculated on a plan change?
Your commission tracks the customer's actual monthly subscription. Upgrade from Startup to Enterprise = your commission goes from $27.60/mo (40% of $69) to $75.60/mo (40% of $189). Downgrade goes the opposite way.
Are there prohibited promotion methods?
